Do not attribute parent record status changes to integration user
Who would benefit?
Customers integrating Aha! with other systems e.g. Jira
Customers with specific audit/traceability needs
What impact would it make?
It would allow record history to most accurately depict what led to a change
How should it work?
Currently, if a record is updated through the integration, which then causes Aha! to update the parent record status, the parent record's history shows the change as being made by the integration user
This is not quite accurate- the change was NOT made because of a change to the linked record in the integrated system, but because of status automation capabilities within Aha!
For traceability purposes, the history should instead show that the parent record's status was updated due to Aha! automation or similar verbiage
