Assign Work Requests by Product Areas

What is the challenge?

Currently, Work Requests can only be assigned to workspaces with permission admins, rather than specific product areas. This limitation creates a few notable concerns:

1. Bottlenecks in the approval process

2. Increased workload for leadership

3. Misalignment between work requesters and permission admins

4. Lack of insight for permission admins to properly link or create tickets

We propose implementing a feature that allows Work Requests to be assigned directly to product areas instead of just workspaces. This solution would:

3. Facilitate better alignment between work requesters and those responsible for implementation

4. Provide necessary context and insights for accurate ticket creation or linking
