Create a release when accepting a work request

What is the challenge?

Today, work requests cannot be accepted as a release record. In my use case, I am coordinating cross-product initiatives at my company line. I want to request work from my GTM team who works in a separate GTM workspace for tracking all phases, milestones, and todos needed for managing the GTM process. Ideally I would send them a work request and they would accept this as a release in their workspace.

What is the impact?

Instead, my team members have to accept the work request with a different record, then link this record to a release record for tracking the GTM process. This is unnecessary extra process caused by not being able to create a release from a work request, and this makes my reporting harder to build without the direct dependency connection to the work I am tracking.
