Allow external team members to Approve work via To-dos

What is the challenge?

We need to get some sort of Approval or Sign-off from our customers (not Aha! users under our account) on the requirement or feature that we have created for them.

What is the impact?

We need our external customers to agree on the work that we have documented that we would do for them. Ideally we would like to keep that acceptance of the work within Aha! as we have chose to document all our Product requirements using that tool

Describe your idea

I have found the Approval option under the To-Do section of any feature or requirement. That could work to trigger an email, instead of selecting the Aha user that we need it to be approved by, allow an email to be entered for this purpose. That email would contain 3 buttons for the recipient to 'Accept', 'Accept with modifications' or 'Reject' the Requirement/Feature. That response should be received then by the owner of the Aha item in the form of an Alert/Notification in the tool or an email in their inbox. That would REALLY help the dynamic with our customer and expedite the work.
