Add option in Action menu to allow users to email an idea or feature from Aha! to someone outside the system
As a product owner, I need the ability to email Idea and Feature details to people in my development organization who do not have access to Aha!. I would like to be able to select "Email Details to External User" option from the Actions menu and see the details in the body of a new email message. I can control the level of detail by adjusting the email body.

There is a workaround which would allow you to send Idea and Feature detail pages to people who do not have access to Aha!
You could add specific views to a Notebook and share a link to a web page or PDF notebook for these colleagues to access information.
If your account is under the Enterprise or Enterprise+ plans, you can also add users as "Viewers or Reviewers" for no additional cost. This would allow users to access these pages in Aha!
Given these workarounds, we will mark this idea as Already exists. At this time, we do not have plans for additional updates in this specific area due to current priorities.
