Allow a Reviewer to change a To-Do/Approval in their Idea where the Approval was generated by an Automation

A Reviewer can add, amend, delete their Ideas and accompanying To-Dos / Approvals

except

where the Reviewer generated the To-Do using an Automation Rule.
In this case, the Automation 'robot' is deemed to be the To-Do creator and the Reviewer cannot make changes.

The need to make changes to an automation-generated Approval is driven by:

• Adding or amending the Approvals assignees and or text.

• Changing the Due Date where the 3-day automation rule has it falling on a weekend.

The team of 85 users affected by this are all Contributors in their own Aha! workspace but for control purposes are Reviewers in the second workspace.

This restriction is holding up a major automation rollout.
