Share authentication between ideas portals and a knowledge base

What is the challenge?

Customers currently need to authenticate to both an Aha! ideas portal and an Aha! knowledge base separately.

How would you solve it?

It would be helpful if authentication was connected (for passwords or SSO).

What impact would it make?

This would allow customers to access ideas and knowledge base content without having to manage two authentication methods.
