There is no way for users accessing these documents currently to see any attachments added to the original note. The workaround is to share the note as a webpage instead. |
How should it work? |
At minimum, attachments should be visible at the bottom of a note shared in this way. Ideally, attachments can be added directly in-line within the note. |
You can now include attachments within documents in knowledge bases or shared with guests.
First, add your attachments by clicking Attach files or drag and dropping a file beneath a note. Then, choose which attachments you wish to include inside the document when it is shared, and drag those from the attachments section into the document. This adds a link in the document that allows guests or knowledge base users to download your attachment.
