Add an indicator to a document's drawer view when it is published in a knowledge base

What is the challenge?

When you open a document's drawer view from a report or somewhere else it is linked, it does not indicate anywhere if it is published in a knowledge base.

What is the impact?

If a document is included in a knowledge base that is configured to publish instantly, someone viewing the note outside of workspace documents will not know that their edits are being published as they draft in a knowledge base.

Add the publishing status to the top of the drawer view of any document that has been added to a knowledge base. The same information we add in workspace documents would be great:
