I really like the new feature of sharing workspace notes externally as a webpage. Nevertheless it can be difficult to have new links for every shared note. This can quickly lead to an unclear view if there are multiple notes that might be of interest for the same group of people. In our organization, especially customer interviews about different topics could also be of interest in other workspaces. Right now we are using MS Sharepoint to summarize customer interviews from every product manager, but I would enjoy if we could use Aha! instead. Therefore a list view of all notes of all workspaces that are tagged as customer interviews and are externally shared would be perfect, so everyone who is interested can look for the customer feedback he needs.
Thanks for clarifying! This use case makes sense. We will continue to monitor feedback on this idea.
Yes, this is exactly what I meant. So that the view can also be made available for non-admins. I have tried to create a report, but I think it's not possible to create a report with notes since they are not supposed to be in a list view. And it might also be necessary for notes to be tagged (e.g. as customer interviews) or to be filtered somehow as not all externally shared notes might be of relevance. Our focus are customer interviews instead of e.g. meetings minutes or else.
Thanks for sharing this idea! it is possible for account administrators to view any note shared externally via the External sharing page. However, your idea seems to be asking for a report. Am I understanding your use case correctly?
