Allow Notes Collaboration by Reviewer Role
We'd like to have reviewers have the ability to collaborate on notes. As sales, client services, marketing, and product join and conduct discovery calls with customers, we'd like to standardize the notes from the meeting in one location. We'd love to have Aha be the source of truth for information; however, the licensing/permissions model forces us to collect notes outside of Aha and then have the PM collate the notes and add them to Aha. It would be much more convenient for everyone to be able to collaborate in the same space at the same time.

A Reviewer can Create and Move a Personal Note to a Workspace and then cannot continue to edit that note. Meanwhile a contributor can make that note a personal note for themself, but cannot revert it back to the original author as a personal note.
I propose that a note should behave like an idea in a Workspace. A reviewer sould be able to create notes directly in a workspace, and allow them to contiue to edit that note as long as they are the "Created by" user. Like an idea, the "Created By" user could be reasigned (by the creator or a contributor/owner) to a differnet user.
