How should it work?

This has been raised and described in more detail under support request #919762, but the principle is that filtering out releases and/or activities to allow the strategic roadmap timeline at the top (with the diamonds) to only show specific items.

At the moment, if there are open items as part of an initiative, it will show all items, even if they're completed and filtered out using the existing filters. Proposal is to only show open items when completed items are filtered, even if the initiative is still active.
