Filter strategic roadmap items by active date range

It would be useful if we could 'filter' the strategic roadmap using the date ranges and only show items that start, end, or have some progress within those set dates.

When focusing in on a specific date range (e.g. CY 2021), our product managers don't like that they have to manually hide all the seemingly blank rows that are present for work that has been completed or planned for some time in the distant future.

It also means that they have to keep track of things that are hidden and always remember to un-hide them or risk missing the item from the roadmap in the future.
