If the portal is configured as a private portal, currently the user still see's the "sign up" link on the login page. If they click this they get the message that they are unable to register and to contact an admin. This link should be hidden for private portals and/or replaced with an appropriate message indicating that it is invite only. |
Hi @Guest Thanks for reaching out! Can you tell me more about your use case? It sounds like you have added an email domain to the Employees portal setting. This will show the sign up link and allow anyone with that email domain to self-register for the portal, as well as use some other employee-only features. Is the issue that customers (non-employees) are using the same portal and clicking on the sign up link?
