Allow simple time based reports

be able to gain more insight into how teams work with less manual effort

How should it work?

add the ability to plot/view data based on time. for example plot the average number of features created by month over a year or create a trend of how many features are completed over time to see if there are seasonal effects. currently requires an additional manual step to create a data field in order to be able to achieve this which is not ideal.
