Add "Initial estimate" field on Create layout for features

It is already possible to add "Detailed estimate" to the Create screen for features, and to add either field to the View screen, so this would allow the same functionality for folks using "Initial estimate" and save the step of setting that field later. |

The "Initial estimate" field should be available in the "Add field" options for the "Create feature" custom layout tab. |
We were very surprised this was not possible to do, it should've been available from the release of this feature. It's pretty trivial to give initial estimation on the creation of a feature.
I'm shocked this isn't available. Feels like our process takes 2x longer to create a feature since we have to create it, then come back to it and add the initial estimate. Please improve this so that we can do all our work in one step.
For future thought, every field that's available on edit layout should be in create layout
