Allow adding Estimate field to custom layouts

The new custom modal layout feature is great, but it doesn't let me include the built in Estimate field on the layout. This is something I set every time I create a Requirement, so if I could add it to the layouts it would mean I don't need to open and edit each Requirement after I create it.
