Many collogues around our company would LOVE to use Aha instead of our current ticketing/project solution, but will not use it as HIPPA is a very important compliance we adhere to for our financial and health industry standards. I am currently using it for project management and high level roadmaps and doing "human integration" between 2 systems to ensure my projects reflect the tasks in my projects that cannot be pulled in to Aha due to not being HIPPA compliant. Do we have any idea of when Aha! will become HIPPA compliant? Is it on the roadmap now that I see it as Future Consideration?
To achieve HIPAA compliance, key steps include: conducting a risk assessment, establishing written policies and procedures, appointing a HIPAA Privacy Officer, providing comprehensive HIPAA training to staff, implementing technical safeguards, creating a breach notification process, and ensuring Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) are in place with any third-party vendors handling protected health information (PHI).
