As a security manager and Aha! administrator, I'd like to be able to disable attachments from being sent in emails to ensure that security policy is followed and that all content shared in/via Aha! requires a login.
Thank you for the idea. Given the low volume of support for this idea, we do not have plans to make updates in this area at this time. We have updated email notifications since this idea was added. Now the attachment will only be included in an email the very first time it is added. We hope that helps!
