Looks like Aha! is not approved by Google's application security process? This is a huge issue for us as we are in the middle of planning for upcoming quarters and using Aha! for the first time. Is this likely to be fixed in the future? Is there a known workaround?
Thanks Chris! I'll run this by our corp-IT person; hopefully this setting will allow us to make case-by-case exceptions (eg, whitelist apps like Aha)
Notice that the message says your account has "Advanced Protection" enabled. This is not a normal setting for most Google accounts.
The point of Advanced Protection is to lock down the Google account so that applications and integrations are disabled, and so it makes sense that it would prevent connection to with third-party apps like Aha!. Google describes in their documentation (see the screenshot below) that only Google's own apps can be approved for access.
The error message that Google is showing suggests that Aha! can control this, but I don't think that is correct. The Aha! application is already verified according to Google's third party application requirements.
