New Modern and Simpler UI/UX for Aha

A simpler, more modern UI and UX for Aha would make it easier to adopt across different teams in the organization as a sole-source of truth while at the same time making it easier and more efficient to work with Aha.

Some key areas and KPIs include:

• Cleaner and more modern navigation
  KPI: % of new customers / -% of churn

• Ability to quickly organize and present visually easy to digest information such as tables, use of emoticons, images from various sources and formats, PDFs, etc.
  KPI: # of non product managers/admins accessing info in Aha, # of DAU

• Move away from older web forms into a fluid model (such as Confluence)
  KPI: Time to enter a new idea / feature / Epic

• More intuitively call out integrations when working within the app (as opposed to going to settings page exclusively)
  KPI: # of links other apps point to Aha

• Ability to invoke and link to other pages, personas, etc., by invoking a command (such as /link-page-name
  KPI: # of interlinked pages in Aha

• Ability to integrate with Slack, Confluence to call / link pages, personas, goals, etc.
  KPI: # of links other apps point to Aha
