Make it easier to stay on top of everything going on in Aha!

What is the challenge?

In an active Aha! account, there is so much going on, it becomes very time consuming to try and filter through notifications to see what really needs your attention and then take action. Current notifications page is inconvenient to use, and requires dedicated time to go sift through things.

What is the impact?

Either, a lot of time must be spent regularly staying on top of things, or things are just missed entirely.

Describe your idea

I want Aha! to automatically parse and surface up the important things I should be aware of in an easy-to-review way that lets me very quickly take action. I like the name 'Action center' though maybe that is too on-the-nose.

For example, if there are comments directed at me or new to-dos, I want to see those and be alerted possibly through the Slack app so I can respond.

I also want to be aware of key changes (e.g. status changes) to features or other work that my team is working on.

Those are just examples but depending on my role in Aha! I might also want to know how many unreviewed Ideas I have, or if someone made a change to key dates in an initiative, etc.

I would also want the system to be able to take my feedback to teach it what is important to me and what is not. This is key for making sure that Aha! knows what is important to me.

Me too. Managing many workspaces makes it redundant to get emails and notifications... and it is difficult to see when something directly affects me versus just being something I'm "watching".

I agree with the above - I make use of some of the automation features which themselves generate their own notifications, and so it can be that a single change causes 3 or 4 notifications as the automation kicks in. It would be ideal to have more ability to suppress notifications for Aha automation for things that may not necessarily be of use to you.
