Add linked Org field to Submit Idea record layout
Hi, I am trying to add a linked Org type field to my Submit Idea Portal Layout and am getting this warning (Submit Idea.png).
Once an idea has been submitted to the Ideas Portal, I have added an Org field, which is really nice. (Existing Ideas.png)
Our workflow is: internal PMs speak with clients (Orgs) who give them feedback. The PMs then enter any product feedback into the Ideas Portal and indicate which client (Org) it comes from. It would be best if that Org could be entered with the idea itself so it pulls through after submission and promotion.

Have you considered using proxy votes to capture customer interest on an idea?
With a proxy vote, your PMs would first log the idea, then they would capture a vote for the idea on behalf of the customer. This also allows PMs to capture interest from many customer on one idea. You can read more about proxy voting here. Let us know how that would work for you.
