I am using the new Template capability to provide guidance for populating Initiatives / Capabilities (Features) via a standard format. Unfortunately, to use this feature I am required to include the Description field in the Create Layout. This results in the full template being displayed in the Description field as part of the small Create Initiative (or Capability) pop-up (see attached). This is a bit of a messy of a look and confusing for the user as they do not need to provide all this detail just to log the Initiative / Capability.
I have made the Description field optional and will Instruct the Product Managers they can populate this detail later, but would be far easier to NOT require the Description field as part of the Create Layout pop-up as long as the field is part of the record layout.
