When internal teams capture proxy votes for customers, we need for them to fill in some required fields. This is supported in ideas portals today, but the Salesforce integration does not display a proxy vote form. The Salesforce integration is the ideal place for us to capture this feedback, so please update the salesforce integration to support proxy vote custom fields and layouts.
This is also a massive gap for our use case. The majority of our requests are not net new, rather, they are votes on existing requests. To be able to capture additional use cases without sendig people to our feature portal to add a comment after they have added the customer in salesforce would increase the valuable information our product managers need without adding an extra step for users.
This is a massive gap for our use case. We have a large number of salespeople who we want to be regularly capturing feedback from prospects. If they aren't capturing information like why this matters to the prospect and how important it is (custom fields on our proxy vote form), the proxy vote data is only one step above junk.
