Show Salesforce_Related_Type in the Proxy Vote table

With the new proxy voting, we can longer see if the proxy vote which came from Salesforce came from the Account, Opportunity or Case with the URL icon (icon instead of a long URL link). Please add that back.

    The Salesforce link type and icon are shown again. You can find this in the proxy votes table on the idea details page in Aha!

    Now we just need the collapsed view back instead of the new expanded view :)
