Update Salesforce proxy vote text and enforce required submission

What is the challenge?	Since the proxy form pop-up occurs after the idea create submission in Salesforce, some users are not completing the proxy vote form even though fields are required. They close the screen without submitting .
What is the impact?	Submitted ideas through Salesforce are missing key proxy vote data.
Describe your idea	Have the ability to customize the text on the widget to make the intent of the form clear. And/or enforce required submission where users cannot simply close the form without finishing required fields.
