Since the proxy form pop-up occurs after the idea create submission in Salesforce, some users are not completing the proxy vote form even though fields are required. They close the screen without submitting . |

Submitted ideas through Salesforce are missing key proxy vote data. |

Have the ability to customize the text on the widget to make the intent of the form clear. And/or enforce required submission where users cannot simply close the form without finishing required fields. |

You can now customize the text in the header of the proxy vote form in Salesforce. Go to Portal settings > Terminology > Votes and find the new option at the bottom. You can also insert an emoji in the text to help draw attention.
