Add "Campaign" functionality to Ideas Portals
To help promote customer feedback and interaction with my products and prompt ideas that align to different organizational goals/ initiatives, I would love the ability to 'run' ideas campaigns or/and challenges within the ideas portal(s).
For example, if an organization is looking to automate and integrate more process/tools, I could plan and manage a automation idea challenge or campaign within a defined time period. This would include communications and notifications to a targeted userbase, where users could enter ideas under the campaign - requesting ideas that would support and promote specific functionality that aligns to larger or broad organizational goals.
One of the biggest frustrations of any idea portal is the time it takes from posting an idea until it is actually picked up and solved. There is a very limited time window for development/product management to hear and act on new ideas.
This is where campaigns come in. When Dev/PM are ready to take input, run a campaign that bubbles up the most pressing issues to be worked on.
For me having the functionality to run campaigns is key for successful interaction with your community.
I am shocked that not more people are voting for this topic. As others are writing other idea platforms are offering that possibility out of the box. If I would choose a platform, that would be one key criteria for my selection.
I would love to see this feature in Aha, so it gets closer to other Idea Management software in the market.
