Integrate Ideas portal with Marketo

We would like the ability to customize the email headers and content for notification and invitation emails to the Ideas Portals. This would allow us to maintain brand consistency as we reach out to include our customers in the idea generation and management process. We would like to go as far as being able to integrate the emails with our Marketing Automation Tool (Marketo) so that we can get statistics on open rates, bounce rates, etc. for specific types of emails (i.e. invitations).

    It's currently possible to completely brand and customize the Idea portal emails. This can be done via Configure idea portals -> Email branding. This will allow you to fully customize the content of the emails, as well as the "to" line so that they are fully branded.

    We don't currently have plans for an integration with Marketo, based on current priorities, but hope that this shipped feature can help you to fully brand the Idea portal as your own.

    Before we can use the Ideas portal for our customers for sending in ideas by mail, we need the possibility to get the email text in our own format and translate it to dutch!
