Allow for the default description field to have a custom description Merged

In custom fields you can add in a description of the field and make the message meaningful to the team. With the AHA default fields like Description we are unable to add in a custom description. This means if we want to have a description for the Description field we have to create a new field this is counter intuitive as we already have the default field.
