Ability to view all ideas submitted regardless of visibility setting

Currently, when a customer submits an idea on the idea portal, it is not published / visible to them until it has been reviewed by a Product Manager. This is more so for a data cleanse / suitability reason. Once published, the customer can see it. But it is causing confusion as customers would like to see all their submitted ideas, regardless of published setting.
