Initiatives - custom status fields and status color
Is it possible to edit/change/create new statuses for the Initiative Status? Right now the values are Achieved, On Track, Some Progress, At Risk, Abandoned and Not Started. We would like to use different values and colors.

JIRA Import multiple issue types as requirements mapped to parent feature

Currently, when you open the initiatives picker, it just shows all initiatives grouped by workspace, with those workspaces being in alphabetical order. This is a a hassle because I would almost always want to link to an initiative within the works...
Allow Ideas to display in Pivot reports based on Link
Currently the only way these are showing on these lists and reports is if the Idea was promoted to the, for example, Initiative. We often do not want to promote Ideas yet but we do want to track number of Ideas and votes by Initiative.
Would be great to be able to assign multiple scorecards to a feature, currently you can you do one scorecard. This would allow us to represent a score of Product team weightings and another score for Technical weightings.
