Add ability to restore notes from the recycle bin
When a note is deleted, it cannot be restored from the recycle bin. This request is to add the ability to restore notes.

Users with Administrator permissions can now restore deleted notes and whiteboard from Settings > Account > Recycle Bin, instead of contacting Aha! support.

We also need the ability to restore deleted note. For now we have to contact Aha support for help regarding this.
