Allow Ideas to display in Pivot reports based on Link

Currently the only way these are showing on these lists and reports is if the Idea was promoted to the, for example, Initiative. We often do not want to promote Ideas yet but we do want to track number of Ideas and votes by Initiative.

    Record links can now be included in reports and can show any linked ideas, both those manually linked and those promoted.
