Ability to see linked organizations on an idea record

Currently the idea creation workflow we are using Aha is typically this:
1. Customer tells us their idea
2. We log in to Aha to the Ideas Overview Page
3. Click on the + to create a new Idea
4. Fill out the custom form we have created. That form includes a custom field I created called Company Name.
5. When the idea is created, we go to the Idea record and click on Votes.
6. We add a "Proxy Vote" and either create a new Organization or select from the list of Organizations we have already created.

However, that causes a few issues....
1. Sometimes we forget to do the proxy vote so the idea doesn't get attached to the right organization
2. All of the ideas actually have two votes at a minimum instead of one because we are double counting by adding a proxy vote.

Ideally, I would just be able to just add the standard Organization field into the "Create Idea (popup)" layout in the PM View but it doesn't seem to be possible as it's not on the list of standard fields.

Additional Context:

We do have the ideas portal set up, but don't have a lot of adoption. We use Aha to capture feedback that comes in through a variety of channels, a lot of it comes internally in Slack

It's really important to me that we capture all ideas and feedback, with as much context as possible, which is why we own that process. We would feel uncomfortable asking customers to go to the portal to share their feedback if we're already on a phone call with them or talking in email, and relying on them to do so would cause us to miss things.

I see that but also if you look at the votes tab and it is tied to multiple organizations, you cannot see that on the idea record, you have to click into the report to see which organizations.

Hi there, thank you for your idea. Are you hoping to see the organization of the contact who created the idea? If so, you can see this listed in parenthesis in the "Created by..." line under the idea name. The format is: Created by contact (organization)
