Why I hear you ask? 2 main reasons: -
JIRA always wins for companies that use JIRA as the master

Category/Product of idea should be more obvious
It's not obvious what Category/Product an idea is in unless I filter on a specific Category.
It's crucial for us that our end users know what product an idea is for. We have multiple products, it's quite confusing if we want to use one portal.
