Ability to set a specific date in automation rules

Who would benefit? everyone What impact would it make? high priority for our key product team In the area in setting an Automation Rule you can set dates for things like 1 day or 1 week from today. Our team wants to enter a specific date to be set.

Add other key user groups like personas and competitors

It would be great if you could edit the persona name to something else if needed or to add another tab (like the persona or competitor) to track another business resource such as key suppliers.

Accept multiple external authentication endpoints for SSO in the ideas portal so customers can be secured via MFA

We have managed to setup SSO for internal staff members, but it's currently not possible to accept multi federal. What we need is either a SSO for Microsoft account or multi federated so our customers can seamlessly login with microsoft SSO.
