View a dashboard as of a historical date

What is the challenge?

Dashboards are always updated in real time, but for some stakeholders, there is interest in viewing a dashboard as of a historical date (e.g. 1st day of last month).

What is the impact?

This would enable teams to use Aha directly for more status reporting / recurring meetings , instead of screenshots and exported point-in-time reports.

Describe your idea

I would like a filter at the top of a dashboard to "view as of" and select a date in the past. This would allow me to view the dashboard as of a previous date (and update the filter on all reports with dashboard filter enabled).

    Thank you for your idea. One solution would be to add the dashboard to a presentation on a set schedule. You could then keep these as snapshots which can be viewed historically.

    Given the current capabilities and other priorities, we are unlikely to implement this idea at this time. We hope you can understand.
