Reset Votes for a user

As an administrator I would like to be able to reset voting for specific users. If we've removed them from the platform or i change them to a non-voting user their votes all remain and unless i phone them to ask them to remove their votes their do...

Deactivating Users

Currently when deactivating a user, the user then becomes 'greyed' out. This isn't readily obvious due to coloring, resolution, etc. Suggestion is to clearly annotate the user with a Joe Smith - Deactivated or something similar

Provide an option to allow Idea portal users to delete their own ideas

One of our idea portal users asked to be able to delete her own idea. It'd be nice to have that as an available option per portal.

Ability to add custom fields to Idea Portal

We have users that create ideas on behalf of customers. It is important to capture the customer name with the idea. Customer is a custom field in IDEA, but it is not available in the idea portal

Allow emails to be sent from a non Aha IP address

Many of our customers have tight email firewalls. Our IP addresses have been whitelisted for our transactional emails. It would be much easier if Aha let us use our IP addresses to send emails related to our ideas portal.
