Add the ability for Portal Users to export the list of ideas they currently have displayed on the screen. This would allow ideas to be shared within an organization / client for users who do not have access to the Idea Portal or choose not to use ...

Currently ideas portals will hide shipped ideas in list views as the default. It is possible for the user to toggle so that shipped ideas are shown. This request is for that behaviour to be set as a default in the settings of the portal.
