Workflow board - grouping work

I'm finding my view of epics, features and requirements on a board very muddy. What I want to know is:
1. How are the features progressing and who is taking responsibility for each?
2. For each feature, how are its requirements progressing, and who is working on each one?

Visually grouping might help, or treating each level (epic, feature and requirement) as separate rows under a person could help, and I'm sure you'll come up with something better.
