We want this integration so that we can identify defects through customer inquiries to our support platform Intercom. Once a defect is identified, we setup that dev ticket in AHA! Develop for prioritization and assignment. The integration would be best so once the code is deployed to production, support could be identified and/or customers made aware through updates.
is there any update from Aha on this? our new CEO wants to consolidate between intercom, users sending emails, and usersnap. i'd love to be able to have them keep intercom and be able to have an option to easily send ideas through the intercom chat!
We also need this. It's very important for the overall Aha stickiness within our organisation to have Aha Ideas as the default "one-stop-shop" for everything idea & feedback related. That means integrating with other systems that collect product feedback, Intercom being a major one. Thanks!

Agree with all the other comments - product board does this really well. Needs to be easy for everyone to send ideas to Aha. Realistically, only certain customer types are going to log in to an ideas portal.

I'm deciding between Aha! and productboard at the moment, while I love how comprehensive Aha! is as a tool! the intercom integration with productboard is very useful at collecting user feedback and keep track of how to get back to them once the feedback is incorporated into a release.
Trying to do this with Zapier and Slack and Intercom but would love a formal integration so my CS team can add clients to existing ideas and or create new ones.

I would expect customer information to be propagated as well, including segments.

This is a really important one. An integration would let us consolidate customer feedback without asking them to leave the Intercom platform.
The missing link between intercom and Aha! is constantly a cause for concern in our Retros.
