    is there any update from Aha on this? our new CEO wants to consolidate between intercom, users sending emails, and usersnap. i'd love to be able to have them keep intercom and be able to have an option to easily send ideas through the intercom chat!

    We also need this. It's very important for the overall Aha stickiness within our organisation to have Aha Ideas as the default "one-stop-shop" for everything idea & feedback related. That means integrating with other systems that collect product feedback, Intercom being a major one. Thanks!

    This is a really important one. An integration would let us consolidate customer feedback without asking them to leave the Intercom platform.

    This is vital for Intercom customers using Aha!. Considering this idea was created 5 years ago and it's still in a future consideration stage really highlights Aha's lack of progress on key customer ideas.

    Big +1, most all top flight tools today have this over Zendesk - just look at one’s own experience, intercom seems to drive almost all new apps I try. In addition to ProductBoard, craft.io, another good aha.io alternative, has this

    We'll be interacting much more with our customers via intercom and it would be much easier to just hit a button and create an aha idea for feedback. Instead, I have to manually create the ideas for them that I see in the conversations by copying and pasting their text. Please make this feature!

    Agree with all the other comments - product board does this really well. Needs to be easy for everyone to send ideas to Aha. Realistically, only certain customer types are going to log in to an ideas portal.

    +1 this feature! I'm deciding between Aha! and productboard at the moment, while I love how comprehensive Aha! is as a tool! the intercom integration with productboard is very useful at collecting user feedback and keep track of how to get back to them once the feedback is incorporated into a release.

    Trying to do this with Zapier and Slack and Intercom but would love a formal integration so my CS team can add clients to existing ideas and or create new ones.

    Hi - 

    We are creating a continuous feedback development process and the three main tools we plan to use are Aha!, Intercom and a testing platform.

    One of the most valuable features of Intercom is the ability to capture user feedback within the application they are using.

    Aha! is where we would like to capture and manage the feedback.

    Ideas / features is one data point Intercom collects.  Additionally Intercom can capture input on existing features, etc.

    Intercom has +13k customers, I suggest you make a point of checking what live chat service is bing used when visiting websites - I think the result will provide further support for this feature.
