Aha integration with Intercom support tickets Merged

When our customers and agents use Intercom and create a support ticket it can be escalated as a bug request, this needs to be created in Aha. Jira has an Intercom integration for this purpose which is somewhat limited. Integrating this working into Aha would be better.
