Allow to-do's to be moved to iteration records

What impact would it make?

Currently users are able to move to-do records to all other roadmap record types (goals, releases, epics, features, etc), but not iterations. Iterations already support to-do's so this would simply allow the ability to move a to-do from it's current location to an iteration.

How should it work?

When users select "move to-do" within a to-do record, "iteration" should show as an available record type alongside available iteration names
