Create a Workflow Modification Warning Messages

We’d like to develop user warning message stating something like “If you make workflow edits at this level, you will replace your current custom workflows with the Aha Default template. Are you sure you want to replace your the workflows? If not, please make your edits via the actual workflow. I've also attached the PDF with more details.
