Removing Additional Checkbox on Workflow Change Box

Thank you for the reply back! I totally understand the decision from the Aha team. One thought I had on this (for future design considerations) is: If you read the text on the prompt, the user is already being asked/prompted of a change. To ask the user to make an additional button click, prior to affirming the change seems redundant, while not adding material value to the user experience. One suggestion might be to change the wording in your prompts, so that users aren't required to make multiple clicks

Thanks, Josh, for the feedback! Changing the workflow could cause all the existing objects to have their status updated. For that reason, we received customer feedback asking for this safety check. We are unlikely to remove it at this point - we feel it strikes a good balance between safety and extra clicks.
