Contextual Custom Fields Merged

Have the custom fields that appear be based on another field or type. An example would be "Severity" only appearing if the Feature was of type "Bug fix".

Apply custom fields by feature type

Merged
Custom fields are applied across all feature types currently. As a product manager, I want to add specific fields for the type “Improvement”, and I may wish to include other (independent) fields for the type “Bug fix”, for example.
