Add initiative picker to new feature dialog box

When I'm creating ideas I often know right away which initiative they relate to. In the current workflow I have to create the feature then select the feature, click into the initiative box, select an initiative and then finally it is associated.
It would be nice to have this option directly on the new feature dialog box.
