Allow creating an initiative from the "quick add" button in the nav bar

In the upper right of the navigation there as a "+" button that allows me to add different kinds of items quickly from wherever I am (see attached screenshot). I often want to do this for initiatives, but strangely, initiatives is missing from the "quick add" list.

Please add initiatives to this list.

    Thank you for the idea. Given the low volume of support for this idea, we do not have plans to make updates in this area at this time.

    I second this...right now we have the ability to create a workspace from the "+" menu - but being able to create initiatives (in a workspace of choice) would save me so much time.

    Enable us to add Goals from that location too please.  I'd like the flexibility in the tool to configure what we can and cannot 'quick add' as every business is going to have unique workflows within you tool
